An exciting opportunity has become available for front of house / office assistant within our busy reputable family run garage. We are located within the village of Great Thurlow offering a modern air conditioned office. After a very successful move last year we proud of our expansion and offer a comfortable working environment.  

We are keen to expand our team with someone who is motivated and a team player. Working on your own initiative is an excellent key skill to bring alongside great customer service skills. 

As part of our front of house team you will be required to have a smart appearance and willing to work in a busy environment. As a customer service receptionist you will ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times and maintain excellent standards of administration and organisation. 

Using our management system, you will be the link between our customers and our workshop. From welcoming customers, you will ensure their smooth journey keeping them informed of their vehicles progress. From diary management booking in work to invoicing and presenting the completed job. As well as liaising with the workshop, ordering parts, quoting and obtaining authorisation for repairs.
